At Fathom.Tattoo, operated by MICHELLE WEST LLC, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds on our online store.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days​ of the delivery date if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product received is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect​ (we sent the wrong item).

  • Exceptions:​ The following items are generally non-returnable:

    • Digital downloads or software.

    • Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective).

    • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

    • Products that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

2. Refund Process

  • Initiate Return:​ Contact our support team at support@fathom.tattoo​ within 30 days of delivery. Include your Order Number, Reason for Return, and any relevant Photos​ (especially for damaged/defective items).

  • Return Authorization & Shipping:​ If your return is eligible, we will provide a Return Authorization and the return shipping address (2707 SW 33RD AVE, OCALA FL 34474). Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • Inspection & Approval:​ Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s).

  • Refund Issuance:​ Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method​ used for the purchase.

  • Refund Timing:​ Please allow 3-7 business days​ for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you by email once your refund is processed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Items returned after 30 days​ from the delivery date.

  • Any item not in its original, unused, unopened condition (e.g., used, damaged by customer, missing parts/tags/packaging).

  • Final Sale, Clearance, or Reduced-Price​ items (unless defective upon arrival).

  • Digital products​ or downloadable software.

  • Custom-made or personalized items​ (unless defective upon arrival).

  • Original shipping fees​ (unless the return is due to our error – wrong or defective item). Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, accident, or neglect.

4. How to Initiate a Return
